“As someone who has always valued independence, the thought of needing companion care was hard to accept. However, the compassionate care and friendship I’ve received has genuinely enriched my life. They respect my independence while providing the support I need.”

Allys took care of my mother, Ruth, from August 2019 through December 2023. The aides worked full-time at my home so that I could go to work October through June. They sent aides to spend the summers providing 24-hour care for my mother at my mom’s second home on Cape Cod while I stayed home to work.

Marie, the CEO, sends me exceptional caregivers! Skilled in all aspects of my mother’s care. My mother had Parkinson’s and dementia, and they understood how to care for my mother to maintain her independence and dignity at all stages as her disease progressed. The aides taught me the best ways to assist my mother in bathing and dressing, which was very helpful for me so that I could care for my mother when they were not there. My mother enjoyed the aides’ company and looked forward to seeing them every day. Marie understood the importance of personal care, medical care, and nutrition. The aides made sure my mother took all of her medications and prepared nutritious meals that my mother enjoyed. Gave such skilled personal care that my mother never had a bed sore as she became more frail
and her disease progressed. I am lucky to have had them care for my mother and enjoyed the time we spent at our house with my family.”
